 Sant Gadebaba Shaikshnik and Bahu- Uddeshiya Pratishthan is a trust committed to work in the field of Education. All the trustees and associates of this Trust are from different professions, having one  goal-“To bridge the gap between academic formal education and day to day life.”

We have a strong conviction that the education is a natural process which enhances natural abilities of the child. Formal or academic education is part of this process and is supportive to natural development. We manage the environment for the process of learning, Standing in this context,it has been a very pleasant and satisfying experience both for us as well as for the children who experience no hassles, domination, pressure, stress or burden.

We volunteered ourselves to work with a dream – Create a Model for education where there will be a blend of formal as well as non-formal education both and the children will enjoy it and experience fulfillment, parents will be left satisfied. We are proud to mention that we have been successful in our venture so far.

Omkar Balwadi was started 11 years ago with the same idea and it has been an overwhelming experience for us, the teachers , children and the parent. As a result when the children went to different schools after finishing the tenure in Omkar Balwadi, they and their parents experienced the difference in the pattern and overall approach towards education and development. They felt that the basic norms and rules in child education were totally ignored and found themselves at a loss. Hence they were after the Institution to venture in to further education i.e. start a school so that whatever foundation created during preschool will not be wasted and children would be much benefited. After lot of thinking and brain storming and more importantly when a group of Parents expressed their willingness and commitment to work for the school, Omkar Vidyalaya was started 8 years ago under the afore said trust.

The uniqueness of this venture is  successful people from different professions coming together for the common goal, whole hearted participation of parents in being trustees as well as supporters, dedicated staff  and none the less A great Dream.

The school has to progress and progress needs funds. The trustees donated 2 Acre land and made another 4 acres land available for use of the school, constructed 10000 Sq.Ft building. Many generous people contributed in various forms. But that is not sufficient. We have a school till 10 th standard in our dream, a unique and magnificent Science centre of school-level (which will inculcate and nourish the scientific attitude in children, help to satisfy and fulfill the curiosity in their minds ) which would also be available for all the children in the region, a Saraswati Mandir from where every child would be starting his journey in the pursuit of knowledge, A science garden and a Kala-gram. It can only be possible and become a reality by generous contributions from generous citizens of our great nation. We are sure our Nation has thousands of them and you are amongst the first leading ones.

It is our humble request to you to help the great social cause, not only that but a cause of Nation building. We according to the preliminary estimate would need eighty lakhs for the rapid progress of the project.

We are vividly aware of your organisation’s remarkable contribution in the field of social development, especially health and education. We therefore request you to up-hold the cause of providing Nationalistic and ideal education to the future citizens of our country. We would go ahead as per your guidance. Your visit in person will help us to demonstrate all our work and our cause. It will also facilitate exchange of ideas and deepen mutual relations.
